'In this video, I’ve shown 7 important benefits and importance of exercising that I observed and I experienced through my fitness journey and I hope these 7 benefits (physical, mental and overall) on our body will encourage you and motivate you towards your own fitness journey as well. I’ve discussed how exercise helps us to control our weight, how exercise affects our sleep, how regular physical activity prevent us from diseases and improves our health, how exercise affects our mood, how workouts control our addiction and I’ve also explained how doing exercise/workout/physical activity can be fun. These are the 7 reasons I found which keeps me motivated and committed to perform regular exercises in my daily schedule and I hope sharing this with you might encourage you for the same.
